Toxicology Services
Toxicology services study the adverse effects of chemicals in animal models, including
the study of symptoms, mechanisms, treatments and detection of adverse events.
Capabilities
Toxicokinetics
-
Toxicokinetics studies are an application of pharmacokinetics to determine the relationship
between the systemic exposure of a compound in experimental animals and its toxicity.
It is used primarily for establishing relationships between exposures in toxicology
experiments in animals and the corresponding exposures in humans.
We offer toxicokinetic studies using a variety of delivery methods and animal models.
Toxicology
-
Our toxicology services determine whether adverse events may occur following the
administration of the test article(s) into an animal model. Studies are conducted
as acute, subchronic, chronic, skin sensitization (Maguire Method), and reversibility.
